In order to receive a full refund or exchange, we require that the package has been received by us within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
Our policy also states that sale items cannot be refunded or returned however they are eligible for store credit.
Please be advised we require the following standards on returning items:
- Not worn or damaged.
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it.
- Returned within 14 days from receipt.
Please Note: If an item is returned outside of the returns period, is believed to show signs of damage or wear or does not fulfill the above requirements, the item unfortunately will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

At the moment we are unable to cover the cost of postage for returns. And Selene are also not responsible for any custom charges incurred on returns.
